Background information: International non-proliferation and nuclear disarmament

However, the treaty has not yet entered into force.
In recent years, the international nuclear disarmament, nuclear non-proliferation and peaceful use of nuclear energy in the process of constant frustration. At present, the North Korean nuclear issue, Iran nuclear issue, US-Russia negotiations on further reductions of nuclear weapons in the world would have become of concern to limit the nuclear core and cut the main problem.
